Our conversation the other day reminded me I have never officially complimented your company on the very excellent work they do. This is not just about one job, although you outdid ourselves on Mt. Vemon Square and King Towers.

I have been continually impressed with the professionalism of all of your people from the showroom to the shop. I could go on for pages with wonderful things to say about everyone, but suffice it to say I am thrilled to have my clients tell me how pleasant and co-operative Euro Design has been in addition to how much they love the product. The shop personnel, led by Behzad, are so patient and meticulous. I appreciate their attention to detail immensely. Particularly in this busy time it is increasingly rare to find an all-round excellent company such as yours.

Having said how excellent everyone is, I can’t let this pass without thanking you for assigning Pascal to my jobs. I’m sure I would embarrass him if I told you how very highly I think of him. He is the most pleasant person I have worked with. I enjoy him thoroughly. He always comes through for me.
