So often we leave unspoken well deserved praise for a job well done. I recently had a closet done by your company and I wish to take a moment to express my appreciation to one of your employees, namely, Tom.

Tom did a wonderful job in designing my closet and even returned when I telephoned to readjust the rods. His professional and courteous manner match his ability. You should be proud to have such a conscientious employee.
